Registration

Registration for the conference is available now using our online registration Web site.

The conference will be held on Wednesday, October 21 and Thursday, October 22. Sessions will be scheduled to make attendance possible across the Americas and some other parts of the world. The session schedule will be available closer to the conference date.

The cost to register for the conference is:

• Early-bird: $219 US before September 1 (saves $60)
• Regular: $239 US before October 7 (saves $40)
• Last-minute: $279 US October 7 and later

The cost includes admission to all live sessions, all session materials (white papers and samples), immediate access to all recorded videos of the presentations, and access to online social events.

As our contribution to the Fox community, videos of the sessions will be publicly available for free on Geek Gatherings YouTube channel in May 2027.

Cancellation Policy

A 15% cancellation fee will be charged on all credit card registrations. A refund of the full registration fee, other than the cancellation fee, will be made if cancelled in writing prior to September 1. No refunds for cancellations received September 1 or later, but registration may be transferred to another person or applied to the next Geek Gatherings conference, if one is held by Geek Gatherings.
